About The Retreat
Escape with Bold & Elite to a Business Women’s Retreat. It is time to unwind, unplug in a beautiful remote location, all while networking and gaining knowledge through workshops purposed to propel you to the next level in your career. We are bringing business and pleasure together all under one sunny roof. We want you to relax but we also want you to work hard. We will get right to work with our seminars hosted by some great speakers in the first half of the day. The second half of the day we will partake in team building activities which will allow us to tour the island. You will have a free day and you can do whatever it is you choose. REFLECT
As business women you have those days when you want to give up. You have those days when you ask yourself, why did I start this journey in the first place. As women we wear so many different hats and mean so much to many people in our lives. We are natural nurturing and caregivers. Have you been somewhere when it is totally about YOU? Well, here at Bold & Elite it is solely about YOU!!! This is the place where you can truly be selfish. Dig deep and find answers to those tough questions you’ve silently asked yourself. Where am I in my career? Where would I like to be? What are the things that have helped me get where I am now? What are the things that have held me back? Why did I start this journey in the first place? And what is my motivation to keep going? Ladies you’ve been telling yourself it is time to level up. Let’s do just that.
RECHARGE
If a battery recharges, it becomes filled with electricity so that it can work again. After, you have had time to reflect the next step is to recharge. This retreat will fill you with the electricity, the fire, the motivation that you need to work again. The goal is to have you unplug from your daily routine and plug into recharging activities. Bold & Elite has a line up of activities that focus on building you up mind, body and soul. In order for you to operate at the top level you must first take care of you.
REFOCUS
Now that you have had the time to reflect, recharge, gain some knowledge from the workshops and you have been able to network with some amazing women; it is time to go home and apply. We want you to leave here a totally different person. We truly hope that everything that weighed you down when you walked through those doors have been released. It is time to level up and go after your dreams and desires. It is time to live the life you want to live. Start that company, expand or even rebuild. Take those necessary steps without anything holding you back. It is time to level up!!!
